Returns and Exchanges

At Shunrynnyz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging when possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns and exchanges are not available unless the item is defective or significantly different from what was agreed upon. Please contact us immediately if you have concerns about a custom order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization
4. Package the item securely and send it to our workshop address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability and price differences.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be used toward any purchase in our collection. They do not expire.
